A very well known app which is familiar to everyone. Yes, I am talking about Whatsapp. I think this is the most common and popular apps used among the people. So today in this blog I am going to discuss some more interesting secret tricks of Whatsapp which might be useful to you.
So let's start with some basic and common tricks:
1. Tricks related to text:
i.Make text Bold:
Have you ever wondered to bold a message in Whatsapp to show its importance or use a particular word bold to grab the receiver's attention? Yes, a user can make a word or particular letter bold just by placing it between the asterisk sign. for example just type *hello* in your message bar it will appear as bolded text as hello
ii. Make text Italic:
Yes, it is also possible to send an italic text. Just add an underscore before and after the word or sentence and Boom!!! the text between the underscores becomes Italic. for example, just type_hello_ and the result will be hello
iii. Strikethrough the text:
This is a very rarely used feature but as we are discussing these point this must also be included. Whenever a user has to strikethrough the text user can place that text between ~ ~ these tildes.
~hello~ will appear as hello
iv. Monospace :
For using this feature just add three backticks in front and back of the text.

2. Disappearing Messages: A new feature in WhatsApp was added recently called as disappearing messages.
Tired of Deleting old messages? Now no need to worry WhatsApp has introduced one of the most demanding feature i.e disappearing message just turn it on from settings and the messages will be deleted following a particular period of time that is why it is named as disappearing messages. Do try it once.
3. Read Messages secretly: Want to secretly read messages of the sender without acutally showing them the blue tick the answer is yes definitely you can. The steps are very simple Just turn on the airplane mode or flight mode on your device and then Boom!!! you are ready to read the messages open your whatsapp read that message and close it also remove whatsapp app from recents and then you can turn off the airplane mode. and the best part is receiver will not get any blue tick!!!!
4. Send message without saving the number: Everyone has gone with this particular situation where we want to send message to a particular number without actually saving it. Yes definitely we can do this it is as simple as that. Simply just open your mobile browser like google chrome type this website in the search column https://wa.me/911234567890 after slash enter the country code here i have written 91 which is for india and then enter the respective number and Boom!! Then You will see an interface there is the option of message just click on that and send the message whichever you want to. There is also another trick regarding this but that is different from this. Just open the receiver whatsapp click on the three dots go to the settings tap on the qr code situated at the right corner of your screen there the user code will appear. Next open the senders whatsapp there also do the same thing just open the whatsapp and then go to setting click on the qr code at the right corner there click on the scan code option. Now scan the qr code of the receivers whatsapp from the senders whatsapp and boom!!! now and interface will appear where you can send the message to the other number without saving it.
5. Enable more security:Want more security to your whatsapp so that no one can access it and keep it safe and secure. Whatsapp has enabled a brand new feature which is available for only fingerprint users. now i will show you how to enable it. Just open whatsapp tap on the three dots then click on settings go to account then go to privacy scroll down and you will see the option of fingerprint lock click there and set the option according to you.
6. Stop that annoying notifications: Are you tired of the whatsapp messages notifications which you receive from the whatsapp groups . Then here is one solution which might help you just tap and hold on the group then on the top of the some options will appear click on the mute option and here we go. Now not a single whatsapp group notifications will disturb you. Also I have one solution if you are tired of the messages just left the group .HaHa just kidding ok jokes apart just move on the next dhasu trick.
7. Send Real Time Location: Want to send your real time location to other people it is as simple as that. click on the contact to whom you want to send your location click on the attachment icon it is like a clip then click on the location icon and you are now able to send your live real time location.
8. Get Rid of useless media : Are you tired of the media files which are automatically downloaded to your device you can simple stop that click on the three dots open settings click on chat there you will see media visibility it is turned on by default simply turn it off. Now the media files will not be shown in your gallery.
9. Use Dual Whatsapp :Do you have a dual sim mobile and you have dual sim in them and you want to use two whatsapp. so there is one more app on the play store named as whatsapp business there you can create your second account and use your second number of whatsapp there.
10. Set who can add you in Groups:Do you are automatically being added to useless groups without your permission which you really don't wanted to .Then do this simple setting in your mobile and then no other whatsapp will be able to add you without their permission. Go to settings click on privacy scroll down there you will see an option of group by default it is set to everyone but you can change it to my contacts or there are other options also available. Now any unknown contact will not be able to add you in their whatsapp group and if further they want to add they can send you the link on the whatsapp and you will be able to join the group only after clicking on it.
